Small claims court is designed for self-representation; a lawyer may appear only with the court's permission.
What you can claim
Civil claims up to the periodically updated ceiling (about ₪38,900 as of 2025): defective goods, poor service, spam under the Communications Law, cancelled deals.
Filing
File online via the courts portal or at the registry with a short statement of claim, evidence and photos. The fee is roughly 1% of the claim.
The hearing
One hearing, usually within a few months. Bring an organised file and a clear timeline. Appeal requires leave.
