Whom the Prosecution Is Charging

The Prosecution’s Account

The prosecution claims that the six then decided to attack Razi and his friend, and that the four teenagers armed themselves with knives and other objects.

The Attack in the Apartment

According to the prosecution’s account, on the evening of July 11, the teenagers and Huta brought Razi and his friend to the apartment under the pretext of a conversation. There, the teenagers attacked Razi; a stab wound to the chest penetrated the chest cavity and struck his heart, causing him to die from blood loss. Razi’s friend, who tried to help him, was also attacked and injured in his hand.

The Mother’s Role After the Incident

The indictment states that Linor Sasson drove the group to the scene of the incident, but warned the teenagers along the way not to do anything. After the attack, the prosecution claims, she drove Tsarfati and Huta away from the scene and then returned to pick up the teenagers, who told her about Razi’s death and discussed leaving Jerusalem. Her son, Avior Sasson, hid for two and a half weeks before the police located him.
