What Happened

According to the initial findings of the investigation, Shakra was riding an electric bicycle on Jerusalem Boulevard in Jaffa at around 02:30. An SUV stopped near him, a suspect got out and shot the man several times before fleeing. The victim was taken to Wolfson Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
