The Classified Document Leak

On September 6, 2024, Bild published a report about a Hamas document obtained from Israeli military intelligence systems. According to the prosecution's account, the publication was intended to influence Israeli public opinion regarding the hostage-release negotiations and the role of the protests. After the report was published, Urich wrote to Eli Feldstein, who worked in the Prime Minister's Office: “Don't rush, the boss is pleased.”

The Charges and the Defense's Position
